Who wants to save his pocket money, must have pig. An especially pretty one that you just can not refuse the food
To build the piggy bank you need:
- Plastic container with lid
- 1 old newspaper
- 2 bows rose
- 1 cup or 1 large glass
- 1 balloon
- black felt-tip pen
- pink photo paper
- 1 sheet of white paper
- as food: money
That’s how you make the piggy bank:
Stir in the bowl the paste as it stands on the pack. Tear the newspaper to pieces. Just blow the balloon so far that it is round and knots the end. Glue the ball all around with a layer of pasted newspaper. Let the balloon tip look out. Let the balloon dry overnight and do not glue the second layer of paper until the next day. Repeat the whole thing on the third day. Finished is the sparrow-belly! Our tip: The mixed paste remains liquid, if you close the bowl with a lid.
Meanwhile, you cut out of the egg box ears, nose and legs. As you can see on the left, the ears and the two-piece nose are made out of the “egg cups”. The legs emerge from the pins in the middle of the box. Cut the leg pins at each corner one centimeter and fold the protruding cardboard outwards.
Now the pig runs out of air! Punch a hole in the balloon and pull the rubber remnants from the belly at the knot. The hole sticks to her with newspaper snippets. Then attach nasal top and base with glue and paper, about three inches above it’s ears.
So that your financial pig can stand on their own two feet, you stick the four leg pins on the stomach. This gelgelert you with newsprint. If the pig puts it on a cup, it will not slip.
Your pig should be as pretty as his real relatives. That’s why you’re giving him a piggy pink skin made of tissue paper. Tear this about three by three centimeters large pieces, which you glue with glue on your piggy, until no newsprint can be seen. Let it dry well!
No piggy bank without a slot! You cut it with the cutter in the back, about four centimeters behind the ears.
Also scratch with the cutter a small slit in the rear of the piglet – for the Ringeltschwanz. For this, you first cut out of the photo carton a circle of about five centimeters in diameter. Out of the circle you cut the tail in a spiral towards the center.
Lastly, your pig sees the light of day! Stick white circles – eyes – in his face and draw black pupils and nostrils with the felt-tip pen.
Rest assured: this sparrow pig can take a lot of food!
